Fleet Management is a concept business application for managing a vehicle fleet - a unified system that replaces Excel spreadsheets and paper record-keeping for tracking vehicles, machinery, servicing, fuel, and costs.

Companies with vehicles and machinery (trucks, combined machines, heavy equipment) often track fleet condition through Excel spreadsheets and paper logs - it's hard to know who's currently using which vehicle, when service or registration is due, and what the fleet actually costs.
Solution
An app with two separate experiences: desktop administration for an overview of the whole fleet, servicing, faults, and costs, and a mobile field view where a worker scans a vehicle's QR code and reports the start/end of use, a breakdown, or a fuel purchase in a few taps, without paper or a trip back to the office. The system has 4 roles (administrator, fleet manager, service department, driver) and automatic notifications for servicing, registration, and critical faults.
