Vulkanizer App is a mobile app for running a tire-service shop day to day - from pricing and work orders, through the waiting room, to checkout and daily reports.
Problem
A tire-service shop running manually (a notebook, prices agreed verbally) struggles to keep an accurate price list by wheel size and easily loses track of customer orders, with no way for waiting customers to follow their vehicle's status without asking staff.
Solution
A mobile app with three roles - administrator, technician, and cashier - that keeps a price list by wheel size, tracks every order through its full workflow from intake to payment, shows a public waiting-room screen without sensitive data, and automatically emails a daily revenue PDF report every evening.
