Restaurant POS is a concept application for running a restaurant in real time - from table status, through ordering and preparation, to payment and history.
Problem
A restaurant running on paper tickets or disconnected systems has a slow flow of information between waiters, the bar/kitchen, and checkout - order mistakes, unclear table status, delays in preparation.
Solution
A complete role-based, real-time POS system - waiters manage tables and orders from a phone or tablet, the bar and kitchen see live preparation queues, admins manage the menu, payments, and history, all synced instantly through Firestore.
